Learning to use my 50mm lens (part 3): Calla and Isaac

These photos were taken on one of those rare occasions when both kids decided they were going to be a little still for the camera and even agreed to do some hugging and kissing! The available natural light was coming from behind them and I did not want to use any fill flash to illuminate their faces. I wanted to see what the lens with its maximum aperture can do. Again the noise here is too much and setting the camera at ISO 800 was unnecessary, although I’ve still had to slightly bump up the fill light and exposure on Photoshop as their faces were still a little bit too shadowed.
