Suzie and Jeremy’s Engagement @ Canary Wharf | London Wedding Photographer

{The Story}

Love Across the Pond | It was at a wedding. In a beautiful country setting. Their mutual friends knew they were perfect for each other. But they hadn’t even met. Suzie: strong. beautiful. gifted. caring. She had left a job some 4,000 miles away in one of the most challenging areas in London not too long ago. Unbeknownst to her, waiting at Nashville Tennessee was the man of her dreams. Jeremy: intelligent. kind. patient. thoughtful. And from the very first moment they met, they knew…

Congratulations Suzie and Jeremy. Both of you have big hearts and a deep love for people. You are perfect for each other. I can’t wait for your wedding!

{The Session}

Taken at Canary Wharf, Suzie & Jeremy wanted an edgy city session that would differentiate their future life in rural Tennessee. My vision was to capture their love and relationship amidst the tall buildings of Canary Wharf with light reflecting off the glass surfaces that enclosed them. At the same time I wanted to evoke a feeling of nostalgia that featured the iconic British post box, London black cab and double-decker bus for Suzie to remember London by.

{Thank you}

Finally, a shout out and a thank you to my photographer friend Sharon Kampta who shot this engagement session with me. You will see Sharon’s name on the images that she took, check them out, they are fa-bu-lous!
