Meeting prior to wedding

As part of the wedding package I will meet with the bride and/or groom to confirm the exact requirements. This meeting is crucial as this is when your specific requirements will be discussed (e.g. styles, list of formal photos, creative ideas, finishing touches etc.)

Photo shoot

The usual minimum length of photo shoot for weddings is three hours. This would include photographing the arrival of the bride and guests, the ceremony and the official photos.

The five hour photo shoot also includes the popular option of photographing the bride and bridesmaids as they prepare for the wedding.

The eight hour photo shoot starts with the preparation of the bridal party, then the ceremony and official photos, and finally also includes photography of the reception.

Image retouching

Once the photo shoot has finished the best photos will be retouched. This process actually takes longer than the photo shoot itself. Depending on what has been agreed during the pre-wedding meeting, I can provide black and white, or sepia images, some images with basic special effects, etc, as well as the colour images.

Private web gallery

The best photos will be uploaded onto this website into your own private password protected gallery. This is a great way to show your photos to family and friends.

CD

You will be provided with a CD containing all of the retouched photos (unless you receive a DVD). You are free to use these images and reprint them for your own personal use within the copyright terms.

DVD Slideshow

You will be provided with a DVD slideshow of all of the retouched photos. The DVD also contains all of the retouched photos which can then be used and reprinted for your own personal use within the copyright terms.

Just let me know if you would prefer to receive only a CD or both.

Prints

A variety of print sizes are available. Once you have received your CD/DVD or visited your online gallery you can choose which pictures you would like prints. You can choose additional prints for a small extra cost starting at 10p per print. The photos will be high enough quality to be printed up to A4 size; should you want larger posters or wall prints make sure you mention this before the photoshoot (there may be an extra charge for this, depending on your other requirements).

Photobook

What better memento than a hard back photobook. A draft will be sent to you to allow any comments to be added to ensure the book is something you will treasure for years to come.

Additional prints at reasonable prices

All of the images will be loaded onto Photobox to allow you to order additional prints and products over and above the package you have purchased. These are all reasonably priced with individual prints starting from around 20p.

Optional wedding website/blog

You may opt to have a personal website/blog to allow you to hold key information on your wedding. You may just want somewhere family and friends can confirm the details of the wedding, stag do, and hen do. Or maybe you want to keep a journal to keep people up to date with your wedding. However much or little effort you want to put in, this can be a great memento of your wedding, with wedding photos added after the wedding.
