West Ham Park in all its glory and in spring: taken with point and shoot Nikon S6200 | London Portrait Photographer

What a beautiful spring day! Just wanted to share some pics of one of my favourite parks, West Ham Park – a real hidden gem. The ornamental gardens are absolutely stunning, the herb garden so lush. My kids spent some time in the playground and then we wandered around the ornamental gardens. Wandered is probably inaccurate as the kids just ran and ran and ran around tirelessly. On the way home, my kids were thinking of different adjectives to describe the park and these are some of them: outstanding, brilliant, magnificent, fabulous, beautiful, fantastic, stunning. I guess that sums it up then! These pics were taken with my trusty 3 year old point and shoot pocket camera Nikon S6200. Don’t they say the best camera is the one that is with you! This happened to be what I had in my bag and it’s wayyyy better than my phone cam. Happy spring everyone! P.S. Can anyone spot the newt?!!!
