A day in the life of C | London Portrait Photographer

Yes yes I am aware most of these are portrait shots. But you can’t blame me for taking so many – this is the first time in 7 years of photographing my eldest child that she was actually happy in front of the camera. Oh yes, happy. Happy to oblige, happy to smile, happy to laugh, happy to look. Miracles do happen, people! The day before the shoot, we spoke about it. And she didn’t forget. After school on the day of the shoot, she reminded me. I let her choose her clothes, shoes, toys, books, and activity. It was a sunny day and we had one spot in our small patio to get beautiful soft golden light.
