Happy New Year! I love ‘new years’ in more ways than one… the two week Christmas break prior brings a much needed rest and lazy-time with the family and helps me get ready to face the new year with its new challenges, adventures and opportunities ahead. It’s also a fresh start in some ways, an opportunity to wipe the slate clean and start again.
As I reflect on the past year, one of the major things I look back on and remember with great fondness of heart is the awesome privilege of photographing weddings. This post is a summary of my 2014 weddings. To my best brides and grooms: thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am deeply honoured and forever grateful.
Thank you also to my three wonderful second shooters Esther Bissessar, Lisa Warren and Rachel Head – I don’t know what I would do without these three super women and lovely friends.
Last but not least, huge thanks to my husband David aka weekend childcare, for assisting on some weddings, carrying heavy equipment and even shooting one of these weddings with me!
To everyone, here’s to the best year yet! {To see the individual weddings, just click on their names below.}
