My first ever paid shoot was in May 2009. Before then, I was doing everything for free, both to practise and build some kind of a portfolio. In terms of getting all my legal ducks in a row, May 2009 had to be the date when my business started. That was a year of firsts: first paid family shoot, first paid wedding, first engagement shoot. Back then, I was at the start of a steep learning curve. So I would like to thank the people who believed in me enough to hire me. Two of those people are Paul and Al.
