Whatallery.com is a very useful and authoritative resource for those living with allergies like Ruth herself. Following the success of her blog, Ruth has had the privilege of speaking to ministers at the House of Parliament and is a regular judge at the FreeFrom Food and Skincare Awards. She is also speaking at The Allergy Show this year about living with multiple allergies. As if that weren’t enough, Ruth also organises an allergy support group in her local area.
