It’s my great privilege to photograph and feature this beautiful and elegant warm winter wedding in the heart of London Kensington – ChristChurch Kensington. The wedding was held just a week before Christmas and you could feel the excitement of the season to add to the already wondrous occasion. Andrew and Miriam‘s joyous day went perfectly : the lovely ceremony filled with a deep sense of their love and adoration for God and each other, their gratitude and appreciated to friends and family and a meaningful celebration of their marriage over beautiful cuisine by the talented Bunmi of Budding Tastes and the most sumptuous collection of cakes.
Miriam’s creatively talented sister lined the pews with baby’s breath tied with ribbons that had “to love and to hold” written on them and blackboards with verses on love from 1 Corinthians 13 and made the uniquely gorgeous cake topper. The stunning white bouquets were made by the family-run local florist Kensington Flowers.
As if all these touches weren’t enough for a truly memorable day, the newlyweds left for their honeymoon down a long path illuminated with sparklers as they said their thank yous and goodbyes. What a wonderful day! Congratulations Andrew an Miriam and may you have the very best start to your marriage!
