I feel very honoured to have been asked by a local branch {Tower Hamlets} of a national charity to do some collaborative work with them. The National Childbirth Trust {NCT} is the ‘UK’s leading charity for parents supporting thousands of people through the incredible life changing experience of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood’.

I can personally testify to the truth of this claim as I myself have been through NCT’s ante-natal class when I was expecting my first child and have met and made friends with new mothers via the NCT coffee groups.

Over the past year or so, I have also had the privilege to photograph families who are part of NCT purely via word of mouth recommendation. This year, I am very excited to be getting involved and supporting this charity in various ways.

Here are some photos of the branch’s nearly new sale last week – a very popular event that happens only twice a year where parents and parents-to-be can grab fantastic products at great prices. I had a table promoting my photography and any Maternity session booked before the end of June {though the session itself can be after that} can earn TH-NCT some cash and the Mum-to-be gets a freebie as well!
