A Valentine shoot: Laura and Michael’s Engagement Session @ Thames Barrier Park | London Wedding Photographer

I think it’s safe to say that Laura and Michael are very much in love. Their story is one charming love affair between a South African gentleman and an English rose. Truly made for each other, the way they were together made the session a pleasure to direct and shoot. Laura and Michael rocked the cameras so naturally, they almost always just ‘fell into place’ with the shots I had in my head.

All week bar one day, the weather forecast for the day of the shoot was heavy rain. Though heavily overcast on the day, not a single drop of rain was felt. I’m sure no one minded the chill in the air – Laura and Michael’s warmth and love were enough to bring sunshine to the entire Thames Barrier Park, which we had almost to ourselves. What a great location and what an even greater couple! Congratulations Laura and Michael! I am so looking forward to your big day!
