Learning to use my 50mm lens (part 5): New portraits of Calla

An even rarer occasion: Calla decided to work the camera – unintentionally, that is! That was because when these portraits were taken, Calla was playing in the one-person tent she had built for herself, constructed using a tub armchair and a fleece blanket. I love this set of portraits. Although she was conscious of the camera, these photos don’t look posed. Despite the prying lens, she carried on playing her game and somehow involving the camera in it. Some of the best photos are definitely taken “unposed”.
