I have recently discovered Photoshop actions and textures and this photoshoot of my friend Cynthia and her family was my second attempt at experimenting with some of the actions and new textures that I have purchased.

This year we went camping for the first time as a family in our very own, very local Epping Forest. I decided to take the old D40 with the 55-200mm f4-5.6 lens in case things got nicked whilst at camp.

I don’t usually take photos of flowers and nature in general. But recently, we went to a friend’s house for his 50th birthday.

I have been playing around with my lenses to keep them from getting too dusty! Here are a few shots taken with the old and trusty 50mm 1.8.

I have been learning more about post-processing nowadays, though still barely scratching the surface. Here are some recent photos using newly learned tricks.
