So far, we’ve had a pretty mild winter, with only a few very cold days and this family shoot happened on one of those. But you wouldn’t know it.
A new family on Christmas-time.
Here are some photos of the children I had a Christmas NCT photo session with at Canary Wharf.
The second of the series is all about our family’s Christmas cake this year and my pocket camera.
It all started in their church’s worship team. He has always liked her. But was too shy to say so.
Now let’s get started. This is a set of tips for Christmas week or Christmas morning.
Welcome to this new series that was borne out of my personal need to regularly do something creative. If you are new to my page, I’m Lily and I have three little children and a camera, so I guess that qualifies me as a MWAC {mum with a camera}.
Think classic, elegant, old. Think Oxford. F & A’s wedding was one of a kind. Traditional, modern, conventional, unique, classic English, a touch of India.
Back in September, I shot an e-session of a truly awesome young couple at London’s stunning Regent’s Park. The rose gardens at the park was the perfect setting for a classic love story.
J is a very special boy. Happy, energetic, smiley. Who would’ve guessed he was born so little, no bigger than his mother’s hand, at 26 weeks!
Still at a loss as to what holiday cards to give out this year? I have decided to open up one full day of shooting holiday / Christmas mini-sessions so that you and your family can get a holiday / Christmas card out this year, stylishly and on time.
Ah, what a fun autumnal engagement shoot in beautiful Richmond. K & J are having a spring wedding next year, so this engagement shoot is a completely different feel and look – deep, rich & cosy… makes one want to wrap up warm and cuddle up.
Meet Tanya and her beautiful family. Tanya isn’t just a pretty mama, she is a photographer too! So when she contacted me to take her family’s photos, I felt so honoured.
Today is 11.11.11 and days like today do not come round often enough, in fact, after next year (12.12.12) there won’t be another one for another 88 years! I must at least feature something on my blog….. So I’m introducing Suzie and Jeremy’s amazing wedding!
J & S’s wedding day was jovial. It was a day full of happy banter, laughter and love….
Early Sunday morning I received a panicky text. My maternity session with Ankita and her little munchkin was 6 days away. But the little munchkin had chopped off her hair while Mummy was in the shower. Funny but nor funny for photos! Thankfully, an emergency trip to the hairdresser minimised any damage made.
Summer in the middle of autumn. It couldn’t have been a more perfect day. A most amazing wedding photo walk. A most gorgeous couple. Young, free and married.
Forty years and four grandchildren later…
When a couple celebrates forty years of being married, that is one incredible achievement.
