The third installment of my D7k test shots. This time some photos of my eldest.
My 5 year old daughter took Ben the Bear home this weekend. The kids in her class take it in turns to look after Ben; this weekend was her turn.
My oldest daughter’s ballet class last Saturday was special. It was parents’ day – the only day apart from the trial lesson when parents are allowed to watch.
My son has been asking “Mummy, it is mid-March, why is it still very cold?” It’s been a looooong wait for sweet sweet spring.
Picture perfect family.
Snow + snowman + poinsettia + reindeer pajamas + cheeky-gorgeous C and pretty-adorable F = the perfect Christmas shoot!
Seven years ago all I had was a very cheap point and shoot that didn’t take good pictures and cost me a lot of money in developing and printing photos.
And suddenly it was white…. Snow covered our far-from-picturesque side of town like a spotless blanket.
Who says kids are difficult to photograph? J and H exceeded all expectations. They did so well, they were true angels!
These boys sleep, dream, and breathe Star Wars! Well, perhaps not the baby yet, but judging from the headstands, jedi moves, and light sabre fights, it won’t be long before little babe joins the fun!
I’m interrupting my scheduled catch-up blogs with a mini-session of my kids I did just yesterday. I’ve recently swapped some gear for a 50mm 1.4 and a 35mm 1.8 and I’m trying them out. Here are the results.
It wasn’t long ago that I got to photograph these adorable twins when they were only 5 and 6 pound tiny little bundles!
For 2 years running, we’ve had a ‘triple’ birthday for our 3 autumn celebrants in the family.
Last autumn, I took my little boy to the amazing Princess Diana Memorial Park on a ‘mummy date’.
Autumn photoshoot – part one… the lovely Ankita and her little Yasmin…
Some photos of the lovely Woods girls…
I have recently discovered Photoshop actions and textures and this photoshoot of my friend Cynthia and her family was my second attempt at experimenting with some of the actions and new textures that I have purchased.
This year we went camping for the first time as a family in our very own, very local Epping Forest. I decided to take the old D40 with the 55-200mm f4-5.6 lens in case things got nicked whilst at camp.
I don’t usually take photos of flowers and nature in general. But recently, we went to a friend’s house for his 50th birthday.
